Charge 2 is synced but not uploading my run

When I went for my run today the Fitbit showed the usual data: number of steps, time, heart rate, etc.  However, when it synced to my phone, none of this data is showing in my Today page.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.51 iOS and 3.51.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these instructions.
