My charge 2 has started saying I've burned 3000 calories in a day which doesn't add up. How do I fix it or do I need a new one?

Hi there, @LMQ4. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your calories burned. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you.
Have you checked if your personal data has been entered correctly? Please note that your BMR is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day.
