Hi all,
Just recently maybe in the last 2 weeks my charge 2 has been recording 100+ sometimes 200+ floors climbed... Now I'm an active gal but that's a little unbelievable. I would chalk it up to walking up more slopes but I haven't changed my typical activity or routes at all since this has started happening.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix? Or can we bring some attention for an update.
Thanks

Hello @Bri_Bri and welcome to the Community. You can try restarting your Charge 2 and see if that helps. Place it in its charger, attached to a power source, the press and hold the button until it restarts. If that doesn't help your issue, then there are no other troubleshooting alternatives. The Charge 2 was discontinued in 2018 when Fitbit released the Charge 3. Fitbit doesn't release firmware updates on older devices, unless it is a security patch.

I've seen that as a result of walking around on a very windy day with the device on my wrist and uncovered. Keeping the device out of the wind might help - I see this as only a minor data issue with no big influence on your health conclusions.
