Charge 2 is tracking walks as run

when doing the walk exercise when done it tells me I was running and I have the run turned on

what is going on with this tried everything to fix did not work

You may be being affected by a known bug that causing some walks to be recorded as runs. Keep an eye on the following thread which has updates from fitbit and some things to try:
