Charge 2 is vibrating in the middle of the night

My FitBit often times will vibrate in the middle of the night. These are programmed, steady pulses -- in Morse code, it would be dit-dit-dit, dit-dit-dah. Maybe a series of three or four. I'm not sure if the FitBit lights up although one time I saw it light up but was not able to read it before the light went out.

What is that?

As well, how accurate do you think the FitBit is in actually measuring sleep phases?  I show a lot of REM, but almost no deep sleep.

@SkipII Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is vibrating during the night. Check that you don't have any alarms set to that time (it could be that they are set to midnight instead of noon) and that you don't have any incoming messages for that time. Regarding the sleep you can read more about how it is calculated here.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for reply.

Where do I see if any alarms are set? Unlikely it is that since the vibration occurs at different times and not every night.

On you phone or computer device, think there is a time window you can turn notifications off during the night.

@SkipII thank you for the update. You can tap your tracker's icon to see its settings. There you will find the alarms.

@Mrssoot thank you for your help. This option doesn't exist on the Fitbit app but thank you for trying to help.

No alarms are set. FitBit vibrates and lights up, but I am not able to grab my reading glasses in time to see what is is displaying before it goes back off.

I'm wondering if it's your active hours reminder check what times you have asked it to register your 250 steps?

I have this same problem. This morning I have a 6am Zoom call (time zone issue for other participants) so I set my phone alarm for 5:40am. At 3:40am my Fitbit double-buzzed me and lit up with a notification that I had an upcoming appointment. I couldn't go back to sleep (probably due to fear of then missing the appointment), so I'm up a full two hours early and got 4.5 hours sleep for the night. Rats! I know this is a phone setting, but during the daytime my phone and Fitbit only double-buzz me 10 minutes before an appointment, and my Do Not Disturb is on so no other notifications are pushing. This is not a one-time occurrence. Anytime I have a calendar appointment before 6am my Fitbit wakes me two hours earlier. And unfortunately, putting the Fitbit in another room is not the solution because I also use the Fitbit's alarm to gently wake me independent of my phone calendar. I have checked every calendar setting and notification and "Pester me two hours earlier" does not appear to be one of the options.

This answer was no help.

If I'm in do not disturb mode overnight why am I getting buzzing at 6:15 in the morning and it says look alive! I checked all my alarms and none have been set for that time

My Fitbit 2 is vibrating at random times between 2:30 - 4:30 am, not every night and it has 3 ZZZ on the face.  I have no idea what this is but it just started happening about 2 months ago, really irritating.
