Charge 2 isn't charging nor working

My Charge 2 Screen went dead yesterday, I have tried everything suggested here and then called customer service. What a joke, after taking me through all the step again, and cleaning the contacts, still nothing. All they will do is offer me 25% off my next purchase. I still have the original box from this purchase $229.95 Canadian, and this is the support you get? Definitely done with Fitbit!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue with the Support team. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
