My Charge 2 isn't charging. Is there anything I can do?

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Android app board to the Charge 2 board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this tracker.

 

Now about the battery issue you are having, if your device isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
