Charge 2 isn't connecting to iPhone

My fitbit is not connecting to my iPhone, nor my computer, but is connected to my iPad.  shutting off bluetooth and turning it back on hasn't done anything to make this work

@sigh33, a warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your iPhone. Lets start by making sure the iPad isn't nearby as it may interfere or have a higher priority when syncing with your Charge 2. You can try the following:

  • Go to your iPad and iPhone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

I did what you said and it worked until I turned the Fitbit on on my iPad. Redid the closing of both and my iPhone is working. Does this mean I should never look at the Fitbit on my iPad? And computer. Should I remove Fitbit from the iPad and computer?
Also my heart bpm is not working.
Thank you so much for your help. I was going crazy trying to fix this.
