Has happened several times. BPM will not read at all. The button on the side is stuck as well. Anyone know how to fix?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @smallxtalk. I'm sorry to hear your BPM will not read on your Charge 2.

Heart-rate tracking is turned on automatically. If you turned heart-rate tracking off, turn it back on:

  1. Tap the Today tab

, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Tap Heart Rate, and tap to turn the setting to Auto.

Please clean your tracker's button with a toothbrush, tooth pick or canned air.

Keep on visiting the forums.
