Since yesterday the synchronization is lost. Got a notification about a lost Bluetooth connection, but on my phone it says the device is connected. Tried all the steps from the help page.. But seems my charge 2 isn't rebooting/can't be turned off... Anyone an idea?

I've been having the same issue for 5 days, except with iPhone.

I downloaded the fitbit app on my tablet, and miraculously it started to synch and now also the data in the app on my phone is updated! Fingers crossed that this was the solution..
