Charge 2 isn't syncing with Samsung S8 and computer

My Charge2 is having bluetooth issues on my S8 phone and my PC. The latest update was on Monday 7 October, now its not connecting. I have charged the battery and checked that bluetooth is on. One is saying to make sure I pair my device which I don't know how to do?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone or computer. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

If your device isn't paired please set it up by following these instructions.
