For a while now, my Charge 2 won't upgrade.
When I check bluetooth connection, I see the tracker is connected. The app however can't find the tracker, so it keeps on searching... This leads to the problem that I can't upgrade, but also the tracker doesn't synchronise anymore. My clock is wrong, I can't save my activities...
I can't try on my phone, because I have a Huawei and that doesn't work with Fitbit...
Anyone who knows how I can connect?
I already tried un- and re-installing the app, that didn't work.

@LesleyV Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
