Charge 2 isn't tracking my active minutes

Is there any issue with Charge 2 active minutes. My tracker doesn't track the active minutes. This is my second tracker in a month. I usually workout 90 minutes everyday, active minutes does not log it.

My Charge 2 hasn’t tracked my active minutes for the past 3 days.  Dashboard says 0.  It also isn’t counting steps accurately.  I restarted it last night, but today it still isn’t counting active minutes.

I received my FitBit Charge 2 Sunday night and it’s Wednesday, only after 3 days the active minutes stopped working! I’m really mad at Fitbit for this! I tried restarting it, and then after I restarted it I tried to workout, but it still said 0! I even tried restarting it multiple times! I’m going to try and restart it a couple more times and see how it does tomorrow! If it still doesn’t work, that’s ridiculous! I’ve only had it for 3 going on 4 days, not even a week.

I called Fitbit Support and I followed their instructions and now it is recording active minutes. I reset the tracker and turned off heat rate. Synced Fitbit and turned on heart rate on to auto. Did this while following instructions from support team.

Thanks for the info. My Charge 2 is very temperamental! Some days it’s fine and then I can go several days in a row where I have to restart it to track. I am not happy with this .
I shouldn’t have to restart this everyday.
