My Fitbit Charge 2 isn't updating. It has been that way for months now.
I've tried to reinstall the Fitbit-app on my phone. I've restarted my phone (Nokia 6) and I've restarted my Charge 2.
Everytime I trie to do the update it gets an error (!). Who has the answer for me, because my app is slow and doesn't register well at the moment.

OMG, I've the same problem and the same phone. I think that sth is wrong with our phones and the app doesn't work properly. But maybe I'm wrong, I hope. Can you sync your tracker without any problems?

Not always. Most of the time there is a delay in synchronisation.

Have you tried to reboot your device?
