Charge 2 just show white bar after update

I was charging my charge 2 Fitbit for the night and in the morning I went on the app and saw that it had an update so I updated it...well now it’s stuck on the update bar, but it’s a full update bar and it won’t go away!! I tried resetting it, turning off my Bluetooth, and even uninstalling the app then installing it and signing back in and then adding the charge 2 to my account again!! But nothing will work!!! It won’t even show me the code to add the Fitbit in my device because of the update bar!! It’s been like this for 2 days!! Someone please help

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists the best thing to do is letting our Support team know so they can assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
