Hi there, I have been reading a lot from here for the past few days and learning a lot of the users here, and also trying to use whatever methods you guys have. After almost more than 10 days of testing and trying how to fix my issues, finally called customer support. Due to my location is in Singapore. They can’t give me any discounts. Honestly, I hope someone from higher level management is reading this. my Fitbit is acting abnormal for the past 10 days, other than the HR not working, there’s also a few black lines on the screen, apart from that, the battery is getting wonky! I just bought this watch like less than 2 years (17 months) and it’s already acting crazy comparing to my Casio watches and other smart watch. Plus Fitbit assistant says that I’m not in USA, they can’t give me any further discounts. Tech aren’t build to last very long since it’s wear and tear but being less than 2 year or even 3 is crazy when these watches aren’t exactly cheap. I have bought my mom one, a year ago and it lasted exactly for 12 months ish. I bought her inspire last week, I hope it can last more than 17 months if you ask me. Now I need to get another one for myself. Less than 17 months, 3 Fitbit watch gone!
You guys really should do something about it.

Sorry to hear about your malfunctioning Charge 2. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
