Charge 2 loosing gps about 30 mins into run

HI all

Im trying to track my runs using my charge 2 I went for a run 2 days ago and noticed the location data on the post run info stopped tracking me about 3/4 into my run, the pace, steps and heart rate are all there, just the GPS data
 
Went for a run today and same thing happened, about 30 mins in the location stops tracking, everything else is there but no gps data

Im using a charge 2, android phone (one plus 5) running android 10

Any ideas on what I could be missing? Thanks in advance

This is very similar to the problem I have, everything was OK upto a week ago and now every time I track my exercise I too get loss of data, I did a walk today wife's fitbit Alta shows 2.5 miles and my Charge2 shows 0.21 miles ... so I have not done anything different with my tracker and now all tracking reads completely wrong, has Fitbit made changes but not advised their user base? I have Android Version 11, Galaxy A21s ... had this phone from new 2.5 years ... Please Respond to our issue Fitbit ...

From my testing it looks like its the bluetooth which is dropping out on my device
The run tracking and everything still works, eg I get heart rate stats, and steps etc
but the GPS info is pulled from the phone so when it looses that connection is doesnt know where it is
