Charge 2 losing 1500 steps at 6 pm daily

Anyone else had this problem. I have reset and reloaded app. But is happening on wristband so not an android issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Let me help you with your missing steps and thank you for troubleshooting this. Try restarting the tracker itself by following these instructions. Also make sure you sync your tracker periodically.
