Hello all. I have a Fitbit Charge 2 that is about three years old. It has worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. I searched for a solution to my problem and found nothing that works. My Fitbit is losing charge really fast after I charge it, in less than an hour. I tried the remedies posted on the forums and nothing works. I cleaned the contacts on the charging pins and the contacts on the Fitbit and recharged it for over three hours. The recharging was successful but the Fitbit loses it charge in less than an hour. I made sure the USB connection was secure and clean as well. Doesn't work. I restarted the Fitbit and that did not work. I repeated this several times. I made sure I had the latest Firmware update on the Fitbit and made sure the App on the phone was up to date as well. Nothing works. What happens now? Any suggestions?
