Charge 2 losing sync during bicycle ride

Why does this happen? I have followed all instructions regarding this topic, but nothing changes.

@Gramlaws Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing while biking. Are you using the connected GPS feature? Or are you just using the activity mode? Do you see any data loss? Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
