Charge 2 lost active minutes and calories burned

I went for a 14km walk today which took about 3hrs 40 minutes. 

When I got back it showed 220 active minutes on my charge 2 and this successfully synced to my phone. 

 

Later this evening I noticed my calories burned had dropped and another look showed my active minutes on my charge 2 has gone from 220 to 10.  At the time my app still showed 220 active minutes but after syncing this now also shows 10 minutes. 

 

I've reset my fitbit but my missing active minutes are still lost.
