Charge 2 menstrual health tracker

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Charge 2 and have recently been experiencing some trouble with the period tracker. Whenever I go in, the calendar is stuck on May 1994. Sometimes I can scroll to the current year but it keeps getting stuck. Like, it won’t load any more of the calendar or data. At the top of my iPhone, there’s the loading ball like it’s trying to do something but just stays frozen. I can leave and navigate other apps just fine. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling.

I have an iPhone SE

Same thing happened to me- mine is stuck in June 1970 and I cannot do anything to change it. I have an email from fitbit coming back to me as I reached out on chat

I just scrolled down to the correct date, so try that on your app too.

Mine is stuck on 1992. Not sure when it happened and when I called, I was told that the app was fine and my charge was up to date as well.

Same issue with the charge 3 and iphone 8 --- looks like we're all experiencing this around the same time (mid April 2021) 🤔  I found that you can add data to the log for today's date without scrolling, but it is so obnoxious especially when the calendar seems to start my birth month/year.  I guess I'll report this too and update if I get anything back

Mine defaults to 1974, having to scroll endlessly every time! Annoying because it’s otherwise really handy
