My wife and I both have Charge 2s. However, although I can cycle through 7 screens, she has only 5 - she does not have my final 2 screens, the alarm and the battery charge-state monitor.

@Hazzer Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with this. You can add these menu item on your wife's tracker by going to the Fitbit app (on her account/phone) tap the account button at the top left corner, then the Charge 2 icon and then the Menu Item option where you will see these options.

Thanks for that. Alarms was already selected but does not appear. We've added the battery screen.

@Hazzer thank you for your reply.
If this is the case then please remove the alarms option, save and sync and add it again to see if this way is shows on the tracker. Also make sure that an alarm is set on the tracker.
