Charge 2 - no connection with the fitbit app for andoid 10 - cycling

I have Fitbit Charge 2, most of the time I use when cycling.
Possessed equipment: Motorola One, sys Android One 10.
Problem: activating the Bike on Cherge 2 exercise, I have the message "check fitbit app" and no connection between the band and the application on the smartphone.
Gives nothing:
1. restarting the wristband software,
2. deep band restatr,
3. smartphone reset
4. reset the bluetooth, gps and LTE sensors.
What's next with this problem?
Next. I have a connected account on Strava. Registered cycling is visible in fitbit activities but without the route. How to solve the problem.
One more thing. Why are cycling activities not included in the statistics?

@MaciekM It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone when recording cycling activities. The message shows when an activity has the option to use your phone's GPS chip to record the map for it. This feature is called Connected GPS and you can read how it works hereYou can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Activities synced from Strava won't include GPS data this is why you don't see the route.

Finally I am not sure where are you missing the cycling activities. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Let me know how it goes.

I give up. I have no strength and ideas.
I uninstalled the fitbit application three times, cleaned the account from settings, and washed the fitbit Cahrge2 band again.
On the Motorola One phone, the android one version 10, after reinstalling and pairing the band, I granted application and band permissions to bluethoot / nfc devices, location, background operation, exclusion from battery optimization.
Each time you turn on the exercise, the bike connection between the band and the application ends after about 10s or the band shows "check the fitbit app on fitbit.com".
