Charge 2 - no exercise showing on app

My app has stopped recognising any activity. Last weekend everything was working fine then 2 days later my tracker is showing calories burnt after a class but on syncing to the app…no exercise registers.  I have done all the recommended stuff…opening/closing/deleting apps and tracker and still nothing. 

Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas/advice please?

I ended up giving up on the charge 2 ever syncing workouts again, plus my screen was cracked and faded so I bought a charge 6 and it works fine. I just don't understand why "they" don't simply say, sorry folks, we are no longer doing any fixes on the charge 2 and let it die. Their BS around try this, try that, we are aware blah blah blah is worse than the truth.

I don't know why they don't say that the Charge 2 no longer works.

Does your Charge 6 sync its exercise with the app @Redmaple66?

Like how the Charge 2 should've been synching with the app @Redmaple66. I still have to log in the workout information from the Charge 2 into the Fitbit app.
