Charge 2 - no exercise showing on app

My app has stopped recognising any activity. Last weekend everything was working fine then 2 days later my tracker is showing calories burnt after a class but on syncing to the app…no exercise registers.  I have done all the recommended stuff…opening/closing/deleting apps and tracker and still nothing. 

Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas/advice please?

I have a brand new Inspire and I’m having same issue. I don’t think it’s a device issue, but an app issue. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

If Inspire is your Fitbit product, are you saying that it is affecting the other activity bands?

i have a versa 1 thats has same issue, my friend informed me his versa 3 having the same issue, and should you browse over other trackers on this community you will read other models (versa 2 is the only one i remember) are having same issue.

Read posts on other charge trackers, it seems the issue extends up to Charge 4 on Charge models.re: exercise not syncing, no maps showing, etc.

Someone did say other Fitbit models were having this type of problem. I'm still giving mine till the end of the year for them to resolve this bug.

Did any of you get an update to the Fitbit app from the Google Play Story today? Mine came in. If any of you find any bug notices, let me know.

Exact same issue for about 2 months. I even called customer service twice and they led me to believe it was because my phone was wasn’t updated properly. They never mentioned it was a widespread issue. So frustrating it is taking them this long to fix!

Their customer service profile on Twitter/X mentioned the glitches that they're trying to resolve even after you give them some requirements and DM them.

...and some of us are crying with frustration! Sometimes it logs custom activities sometimes not, sometimes regular steps,  sometimes not. Why can't we have it all?

I have been having issues with the sync since two months now, the app only shows auto recognized activities, but not the ones tracked by the device, even though the device shows the summary after the workout containing all the data, so it is not an issue with the device. There was a problem with the API, I opened a thread two months ago, but now the thread is gone and the problems are still unresolved. If they dont fix this by the end of the year I am gonna switch to Garmin or Amazfit team. I've just updated the app today and the problems are still there 😞

Android Smart.phone app update up 28.3 Im not going to recharge my tracker just to find out the issue is still there.
