Charge 2 no green lights

The battery shows 100% charge. No green lights are flashing on the back. The screen is black except when I tap and see full battery icon. Tried restart/reset, no luck. Help?

Ugh, no green lights again.  Nothing is registering.  Battery shows 100%.  Contact pins are all clean per the Fitbit article on how to clean contact pins.  Tried restarting several times, no luck.

Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again. Try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face, and see if the issue gets fixed.
