Hi All.

Had my charge 2 for a while now and it's been ok, but recently I get text notification (vibration) and when I look at the display it tells me who the text is from, but it doesn't show the text message underneath like it used to. I've looked online for the reason, assuming this was due to an update, but can't find anything.

Anybody know?

P.S. forgot to mention, already played around with the settings as recommended by other posts I've read.

This is a known bug that fitbit is investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

I am having this same problem. I played around with settings on my phone and fitbit app. Still nothing and I also have the Charge 2 and it is at least 2yrs old. Have you found the solution to the issue yet?

Hi, yes I received a reply back from Fitbit. Apparently they are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.

I have had this issue for over 2 months. I have contacted fitbit 3 times now and receive no new information other than they are "working" on it. I cannot believe that it is taking this long and find this appalling! I will not be getting another fitbit, nor would I recommend anyone get one.
