My Charge 2 no longer pairs with my phone. It worked fine through Friday and then just stopped. It doesn't even show as an available Bluetooth device to begin the pairing process. I tried plugging it in and holding the power button, but after flashing the logo the screen just goes break off.

The same thing happened to me. Connect the charger to you Charge2 and then depress the button on the left side for four seconds. Then you should see the FitBit square symbol displayed. This process reboots Charge2. Then go to your Fitbit app on your phone and attempt to syn/connect. It should work--it did for me.
