My Charge 2 is no longer receiving notifications for text messages or calls. I tried the trouble shooting recommendations that are listed but it still doesn't work. When I try to pair it, it says the bluetooth pairing failed. I haven't done anything different, it just stopped working. The notifications are turned on. I don't know if it could be related to the new update. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issues. I sometimes get reminders to move and sometimes phone calls. No text notifications at all. This started in August ( I believe). I didn't have issues when I first got my Charge 2 and had my Pixel 3. I've updated to Android 10. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app and my Charge 2. Haven't factory reset though. I've been thinking about upgrading to the Charge 3, but maybe not now if I can't use all the features.

I thought about upgrading to another Fitbit but when I called Fitbit they said that wouldn't matter or help. Sounds like it is an app issue.

I am thinking of going with Android ... and upgrading to a Fitbit Versa 2! Leaving the Apple World

Thank you. I reviewed the info you sent and followed all the instructions. It’s still not working so I guess I need to call customer support.

Yes I’m having the same problem. iOS sent out another update yesterday and I thought it would fix the problem and it didn’t. I’ve tried also everything it said to no avail!

I've not had any luck either. I really wanted to get the Fitbit Versa lite but I don't know if I'm going to have the same problems I am with my Charge 2

I called Fitbit three times about this issue and asked if I bought a newer Fitbit would my text messages sync and they told me "no". Not sure how long it is going to take to get a fix. It's been over a month so far.

They did not fix the issue yet. It hasn't worked for 5 weeks now!

I do have the latest updates to my Fitbit app & charge 2. I uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app and restarted my phone and still notifications. My Alta is also connected to my Fitbit app and that receives notifications just fine. My Charge 2 notifications are setup exactly the same as my Alta in my Fitbit app. Is there a way to go back to the previous version on my Charge 2? I think based on other comments that might be when it stopped working.

I downloaded FIT NOTIFICATIONS. I'm able to receive notifications again, but it also allows me to get messages from several messaging apps. So far I'm happy with it.

Not really. It was created for the Fitbit platform.
