Charge 2 no longer receiving notifications

My Charge 2 is no longer receiving notifications for text messages or calls.  I tried the trouble shooting recommendations that are listed but it still doesn't work.  When I try to pair it, it says the bluetooth pairing failed.  I haven't done anything different, it just stopped working.  The notifications are turned on.  I don't know if it could be related to the new update.  Anyone else having this issue?

I  tried Fitbit notifications.  It didn't work for me.  The test worked and that was it.  I sent other test texts to my phone with that app and nothing.  I uninstalled it.  I still think it is because I have updated my phone to Android 10.  As soon as I updated, my text notifications stopped.

Hi! I’ve tried ALL of the recommendations provided by Fitbit, checked every single location where notifications are effected, and I’ve done the hard boot twice. I even deleted the Fitbit app and redownloaded it. I have an Apple phone with the latest software update. Any further recommendations??

None of the updates are still working for me.  I tried the Fitbit Notifications app and it doesn't work either.  Please hurry up and fix.  Actually, I think I will probably buy another brand's device.  This has been going on for at least 6 weeks.  Really not acceptable any longer.

I agree. It has been more like 8-10 weeks. Unacceptable!

I have the iPhone 5C. I’ve tried all the recommended fixed several times. No luck. So frustrated. I keep my phone on silent & DEPEND on my Fitbit for the notifications!!! We need a fix NOW 😫

I actually give up on the lack of text message notifications.  😞
I'm tired of being annoyed by it.  Maybe it will get fixed and I'll be pleasantly surprised.

From the posts on this problem, it seems like the problem happened with the new update and mostly on Androids. So I have tried every thing. And still not working. What can we do about this.

The notifications on my Charge 2 were working until I updated my iPhone 8 plus to the new iOS 13 update. I went in and did what the notification at the top of the Fitbit screen said about them being aware of an interruption to notifications after updating to iOS 13. Everything was already the way they said it was supposed to be without making any changes but it still doesn't work. Any other suggestions would be very appreciated. Thank you.

I haven't had notifications for many months!!  This is getting tiresome.  Why do we have the FitBit again?  Certainly not getting the full benefit of the product, which was basically why I purchased FitBit instead of the competitor.  My friends are thrilled with the competitor.  Perhaps I need to just bite the bullet and switch.... This is a whole lot of money to throw down the drain though.

I have an Android phone. The Google pixel and I am having the same issues. No notifications for months. Fitbit is hopefully working on a fix for Android phones too besides just iPhones.
