Messages no longer coming through since last update and as of today my battery level is no longer showing up on watch anymore. Haven't changed Amy settings so not sure what's going on. Didn't know if anyone else is having this problem as well.

@Gregdill0821, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing text notifications nor showing battery level. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

For the battery icon remove it from the tracker's settings on your phone, save and sync then add it again.
