Hi Alvaro -

UPDATE: I WENT THROUGH CHAT AND THE PROBLEM GOT RESOLVED, EVEN THOUGH WE WEREN'T SURE HOW IT HAPPENED

ORIGINAL POST:

My charge2 has just stopped displaying the battery level, except when I connect it to recharge.

I've worked through the Charge2 Manual, which hasn't helped.

I've gone into device settings on my PC version of the App, where I found Battery was Off in Menu Items, so I switched it to On - but the battery level still doesn't display, except when I connect it to recharge.

Advice please?

Thank you

Hello @iSeeker

Maybe this will help to add the battery screen to your Fitbit:

Open your Fitbit app and tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Charge 2. Now scroll down and tap menu items. Place a check mark on Battery. Now just sync your Charge 2 to accept your changes. To see your current battery level press and hold your Fitbit’s side button.

I hope this helps. Let me know and 😃 Happy Stepping!

Hi @megabyte

I did all that to no effect after downloading the Charge2 Manual. I ended up
having a long online Chat with Support, who were, overall, helpful if a
little confused at times.

Later in the day I found the problem had resolved, even though I'd synced
and restarted a number of times before.

Thanks anyway for replying (I'm surprised the query reached you as my other
concern was that I get Access Denied when I try to reach the Charge2 Help
Forum.
