Charge 2 no longer tracking my run accurately on the maps

Anyone know how to fix the above? It used to track me running around my local running track but now it saying on the maps I'm on running from my start position, a little way up the road and that's it. Is it a loss of signal even though it used to do it?

Let me help you with recording your GPS data and Charge 2. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your Charge 2 by doing the following:

 

Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
