hello, my charge 2 was last synced on August 29th. But it can no longer be charged. Connected the cable, switched ports/plugs, held the button to initiate a restart, let it charged for 30mins or longer, the screen is still blank. I'm based in Singapore, is there any help I can get on this? I bought it at challenger it shop on March 2019

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
