Charge 2 no sleep score but has heart rate

My Charge 2 has been really reliable providing sleep scores until the last two weeks.

my heart rate is tracked, I’ve tried resetting it while it’s on charge but it’s still only giving me the very basic sleep analysis- no score even though I’m sleeping longer than 5 hours.

@Alfranklewis Thanks for joining us!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing sleep score. Your tracker will need to get sleep stages in order to get Sleep score and you may not get the former for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information about why you see your sleep pattern, tap or click the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern.

You can read more about sleep score here.

Let me know how it goes.
