I have tried everything: cleaning and tightening, resetting, syncing and unsyncing, I'm updated to the latest firmware and no luck at all. It's not picking up anything, and it was doing okay a week ago. 

Would love to be getting my heart rate back, as monitoring fitness is pretty much pointless without it.
