@Kaustubh Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

I will gladly assist you with this and thank you for troubleshooting the issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you very much for the reply. I was able to sync my Charge 2. But the major issue now which still remains is my band got dead twice even when it was charged. Now it is now getting charged. Also it is not showing the heart rate as highlighted earlier.

I did the procedure which explained while connecting to the charger.

It's dead. It is not getting charged ?

Is it some battery issue ?

Kindly suggest.

@Kaustubh thank you for your update.

Since your tracker isn't charging please try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Keep me posted!

No... It shows it is charging but actually not getting charged. Also one observation that after charger removed when shows low battery signal on the back side only one green light sensor blinks and not the another one.

Please suggest what should be done.
