Charge 2 not accurately tracking steps, flights of stairs, active minutes, workout time, distance. What can I do?

Hi @RAED17, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps, floors, active minutes and workouts data tracking issues that your Charge 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your daily activity.

 

Finally, monitor your Charge 2 during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your stats properly.
