Charge 2 not recognizing my active minutes in the exercise part plus haven’t received any notifications in the app since last year

@Katreedster, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with inquiries about the activity tile and app notifications. The first one will only show the days where activities where detected or logged (walks, runs, swims, etc.) not active minutes. For the latter this feature was discontinued due to users feedback.
