Charge 2 not calculating active minutes

My Fitbit has stopped calculating active minutes. I’ve done 18,000 steps sbd tracked a workout but it is not calculating any of it as active minutes

My Charge 3 did the same thing, it stopped tracking before I stopped exercising. When I sync, half the time it shows zero active minutes. I reset my charge 3.

My charge three is doing the same thing. I had a full day of activity, and it is calculating minutes in fat burn and cardio, which lasted well more than the 10 minute minimum, but yet I have no active minutes calculated
