A few days ago my Fitbit charge 2 stopped working. When I plug it in to charge it vibrates but no battery icon appears. Instead I get a round circle with an ! Mark in the middle. I can’t restore is, I can’t charge it. Please help

@Lbelle09 A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
