Battery down to 20% so I'm trying to recharge it. Tried 2 diff cables. Does not vibrate when clipped and have tried restarting the device too - won't restart either. The last charge was fine about 4 days ago.
Has my charge 2 decided to give up?

It's now flashing the battery icon with the exclamation mark inside it. Still can't charge or reboot it.

I have the same problem. It was at 20%, so I started to charge it at first it showed the battery for a few seconds, not I get a blank screen. This is less than a year old

Mine's now fully depleted and doesn't even switch on. Still waiting to see if there's a solution offered here at the forum.
I'm hesitating getting a new one atm.

Yes - with rubbing alcohol on pins and even the contact points of the Charge 2.
Still nothing 😞

Yes. My husband's Charge 2 charges fine on the 2 cables we have. Mine is unresponsive.

Thanks. That's ok. I thought this post would get a Fitbit admin reply by now.

I'm on my 3rd fitbit in 3 years and this is now an issue for me too. I think it's ridiculous that Fitbit is producing garbage for product now. I told my husband to get me a Garmin for Christmas now. I won't buy another Fitbit product until they start making a better product. These things aren't cheap.
