I haven't used my fitbit in 2 months and now the tracker wont turn on, charge, or react at all to being plugged into a charger. Is there any remedy other than mailing it out or getting a new tracker?

@arr219 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.

I was given a replacement fitbit Charge 2 in June 2019 as I was still in the warranty period which is great. I left my device alone for a month and all of a sudden it completely died and became unresponsive.

The charger worked.
I've tried the troubleshooting methods.
I am just very confused because 2 devices have the same problem but this last device worked for just over 2 months. The warranty ended a month into the replacement so I'm guessing I won't receive anything for the faulty replacement.
