I sorted mine…. The screen had gone white whilst left on my bedside overnight. I left is charging for at least 48hrs (I forgot about it as id written it off). With nothing to lose, I entered my passcode and then I pressed the side button in & out about 16 times, then suddenly it vibrated and a message in red popped instructing me to sync the device from my phone. I did this and voilà!!! Very happy
