Charge 2 not collecting any data

My charge 2 has stopped collecting all the data since last night.

Although it shows the time properly, none of the other data is shown on screen neither does anything gets into the app when synced with it.

The green lights on the back of the charger were working throughout the day but after a full charge in the evening now there is no light.

I tried doing a hard reset couple of times to no avail, what could be the issue.

@UJ2019 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! This is rather odd. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. Now you can try removing the tracker from your account (tap the tracker's icon and then the trashcan icon) and set it up again.
