My Fitbit has stopped talking to the app. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. The app doesn’t need updating, my Fitbit is fully charged and working but just not syncing with my phone. It’s almost 2 years old now. Thank you

call Fitbit help/ support line please it will do you good... thank me later
