Charge 2 not connecting to app

My charge 2 somehow disconnected from the app, it won't sync. I unistalled the app last week and reset it all but today,  6 days later,  it is misbehaving again.  Does anyone have any hints as to what I can do please? 

Not too tech savvy, so simple solutions if at all possible.

If none of the troubleshooting steps work, please respond with what you're seeing. Hopefully, someone here with Charge 2 experience will be able to help you.
