Charge 2 not connecting to iphone

Hello, 

 

i love my charge 2 but it’s giving me little bit of hard time lately.. it is not connecting to my iPhone. I have tried everything including turning off Bluetooth & restarting phone.. now my Fitbit is doesn’t come up on my phone & it says it can’t be found or connected.. does anyone know how to solve this problem??? Ty

I will gladly assist you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your iPhone. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your deviceYou can find additional suggestions here.
