Charge 2 not detecting heart rate

I’ve been using the charge 2 for a while, suddenly today I noticed the HR monitor system stopped working. The heart used to beat while it was still getting the HR but today it’s just flat. Any idea why? Where can I show my watch for servicing? I did restart it but still no change

@AMMaklai  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't detecting your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. Finally turn off the heart rate sensor on the device's settings, save and sync then turn it to Auto and save and sync.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi.

the Fitbit has stopped working. The solution worked for a day and after that the device did not work properly at all. It would start, stop. Random functions would work and eventually went dead. Tried charging it for a day and still did not work. Any place in Dubai, UAE where I can give the watch for repair? Tried to find a place but couldn’t.
